What does mspIC Integrate with?

We're primarily focused on the ConnectWise Manage ticketing system, and getting it working as great as possible within Slack, however we also integrate with the following products:

  • Twilio and Flowroute for SMS

  • Calendly for scheduling

  • Automate for RMM

Do you do custom integrations?

Absolutely! We've made a number of custom integrations for our clients, from simple ones like connecting Office 365 to a legal software calendar, to in depth ones like calling out and listening to your voicemail directly in Slack.
